Dr Grace Chang - Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist

Grace Chang, ND, LAc

Naturopath and Acupuncturist

Dr. Grace Chang is passionate in providing patient-centered, integrative healthcare. Trained in both Western and Eastern medicine, she believes in empowering her patients to thrive by establishing back-to-basics foundations of health.

Born and raised in sunny California, Dr. Chang spent her childhood running around her parent’s restaurant. Family ailments were always first addressed with food and herbs. At an early age, Dr. Chang discovered her father’s medical condition was not actively being addressed due to a language barrier with his doctor. Her involvement with translating and strengthening the patient-doctor relationship led her pursuit to become a physician. Dr. Chang received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Biology and Psychology at the University of California, Davis. Craving to dive further into holistic internal medicine, she completed her Naturopathic medical training and Masters in Acupuncture and East Asian Herbal Medicine at Bastyr University.

Dr. Chang’s practice blends evidence-based medicine with natural modalities. Treatment specialties: botanical medicine, IV therapy, acupuncture, and injection therapies. Her clinical interests include: allergy testing and treatment, stress management, eczema, hormone imbalances, digestive concerns, menstrual disorders and sports/physical injuries.

Dr. Chang is a certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP+) and has attended multiple sports events to provide acute medical care, including the Seattle Marathon and the Emerald City Volleyball Tournament. She is also trained in Facial Acupuncture for anti-aging and skin conditions.

Outside of medicine, you can find Dr. Chang outdoors running/biking, formulating teas with her husband, and training her rabbit, Chibi.
