Dr. Grace Chang (she/her) is passionate in helping women get to the root of hormone imbalances, low energy, skin changes, and sexual health concerns—so they can feel like themselves again.
Trained in both Western and Eastern medicine, Dr. Chang takes a functional and integrative approach to care. Her work blends evidence-based medicine, advanced lab testing, and natural therapies to create a personalized treatment plan.
Her clinical focuses include:
– Hormone health: thyroid, PMS, perimenopause, menopause
– Sexual and vaginal health
– Skin conditions and aging
– Digestive concerns
With a specialty in natural aesthetics, Dr. Chang utilizes additional trainings in the Fotona® laser, hormone pellet therapy, PRP injections for vaginal rejuvenation such as the V-shot / O-shot, and PRP for musculoskeletal pain relief.
Dr. Chang’s path into medicine was shaped early on while helping translate for her father, whose medical condition went untreated due to a language barrier. That experience continues to influence how she practices today: with clarity, advocacy, and a strong patient-doctor partnership.
Dr. Chang received her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Davis and continued with her Naturopathic doctorate and Masters in Acupuncture and East Asian Herbal Medicine at Bastyr University. She then completed a 2-year CNME accredited residency here at NMS.
Dr. Chang a certified Institute for Functional Medicine practitioner and a member of the WANP.
Outside of medicine, you can find Dr. Chang spending time with her husband and 2 kids outdoors or singing karaoke.

“I have worked very closely with Dr. Grace Chang and Dr. Kara Menzer and I adore both of them and am beyond grateful for their care, especially recently when they took care of issues during my pregnancy and postpartum that the hospital ignored.
I love that this office listens to patients. The appointments give you time with the doctor, not a quick 5-10 minute check-in. They provide enough time to provide depth to the issues you are dealing with.”
