PRP Facial Rejuvenation
Naturopathic medicine is all about supporting and promoting the body’s ability to heal itself. PRP (Platelet-rich plasma) therapy allows for the extraction of platelets and growth-factors present in your own blood and then apply it to where your body needs healing.
With our medical PRP Facials, we’re revitalizing the skin by stimulating tissue regeneration and increasing collagen production to the face. This procedure can address acne scars, resurfacing fine lines and textural imperfections. Using our FDA-approved medical micro-needling device, micro-channels are created onto the skin, allowing the PRP to sink in and start working right away. Because we are using your own plasma, there is little chance of skin reactions and the turnaround time is swift.
Your provider will also inject the PRP into the face for facial balancing, also known as a PRP facelift. Typical areas injected are under the eyes to address dark circles and fill the hollows, crow’s feet, cheeks, nasolabial folds for a natural lift.
Not only will your skin be addressed from the outside, your provider will work with you to also improve your skin from within, creating an individualized plan that works best for you.

“I have been a patient of Dr. Lauren Procopio for about 3 years. I have used her specialty in therapeutic I.V. to avoid the flu this year twice, as well as Iron I.V. to treat my iron anemia. I am thankful there are options available for a self employed practitioner to maintain my health, avoid time loss, and walk the health talk. The treatments available go way beyond this and I highly recommend her as a Naturopathic Doctor.”
